Fox Run HOA Payment Schedule
Greetings Fox Run property owners,
The 2026 Fox Run Homeowners Association fees of $195.00 per house or lot are due January 1, 2026 and are payable on or before February 15, 2026. Fees can be paid by check, payable to Fox Run HOA, or via PayPal at pensacolafoxrun.org and select Dues Payment. If using PaPal, please provide an address that goes with your payment.
Following, for your information, is the fee schedule:
Paid on or before February 15, 2026 ……………………………………. $195.00 per unit
Paid on or before March 15, 2026 ……………………………………….. $220.00 per unit
Paid on or before April 15, 2026 ………………………………………….. $245.00 per unit
Paid on or before December 15, 2026 …………………………………. $345.00 per unit

Foxborough Units Payment Schedule
Greetings Foxborough Townhomes Association property owners,
The 2026 annual fees of $54 per unit, payable by all Foxborough Townhomes Association owners to the Fox Run Homeowners Association, are due January 1, 2026 and are payable on or before February 15, 2026. Please note that the Fox Run Homeowners Association is a separate organization and that these dues are in addition to those payable to the Foxborough Townhomes Association. Fees can be paid by check, payable to Fox Run HOA, or via PayPal at pensacolafoxrun.org and select Dues Payment. If using PaPal, please provide an address that goes with your payment.
